Need a hand with FleetCtrl? I'm Gareth, the developer. Email me and I'll strive to reply the same day, or within 48 hours at most. You can also reach me on ๐ @gbhall.
Email hello@gbhapps.com.auThe more of this you can send, the faster I can fix it:
From the app's subscription screen, or on your iPhone under Settings โ Apple Account โ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Subscriptions are billed and refunded by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple's Report a Problem page.
Through Tesla's official Fleet API. When you pair, you approve FleetCtrl's virtual key in the Tesla app. You can revoke that access at any time: remove FleetCtrl on Tesla's third-party app management page, or on the car's screen go to Settings โ Locks and tap the bin icon next to the fleet.gbhapps.io key (the car asks you to confirm with a key card). Either one cuts FleetCtrl off completely.
Check that notifications are allowed for FleetCtrl in your iPhone's Settings, and that the alert you want is switched on in the app's settings. Sentry alerts also need Sentry Mode to be turned on. In FleetCtrl, tap the Sentry status on the main screen (Off, Armed, Aware) to switch it, or use the Tesla app or the car's screen.
From the app's settings. Your account is scheduled for deletion and removed, with all of its data, after 14 days. If you change your mind in that time, open the app and tap Keep My Account.
No. FleetCtrl is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
