1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FleetCtrl, formerly GBH FleetControl ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FleetCtrl is a Tesla fleet management platform that provides real-time monitoring, management, and automation for Tesla vehicles using the Tesla Fleet API. The Service allows users to:

• Monitor vehicle status and telemetry data
• Receive real-time alerts and notifications
• Manage multiple Tesla vehicles from a single interface
• Access vehicle security features

3. User Accounts and Tesla Integration

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google, Apple, or X (Twitter) authentication
• Own or have authorized access to Tesla vehicles
• Grant necessary permissions for Tesla API integration
• Ensure your Tesla account credentials remain valid

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Access vehicles you do not own or are not authorized to control
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or Tesla's systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Tesla API and Third-Party Services

FleetCtrl is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and the Tesla logo are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.

Our Service relies on Tesla's Fleet API and other third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Tesla API availability, performance, or changes
• Tesla vehicle functionality or safety
• Third-party service interruptions or modifications
• Data accuracy from Tesla or other external sources

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

FleetCtrl offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription required to use the Service, with a one-week free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown in the app before you confirm your purchase (US$9.99 per month, or local equivalent).

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on your device in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Early-access users may retain free access to the Service at our discretion.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Tesla API limitations or changes
• Third-party service dependencies

9. Limitation of Liability

FleetCtrl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Vehicle damage or safety issues
• Data loss or inaccuracy
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Important: Always ensure your vehicle is secure and properly maintained. Our Service is for monitoring and convenience only and should not be relied upon for critical safety functions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
